Order not found
There are a few possible causes for an "order not found" message:
- Existing orders have not been imported yet - this process may take a few hours.
- The email address entered is the not email address that placed the order.
- The order number entered does not match an order.
- The order is older than 6 months. We only retain 6 months of order history.
- The email address for the user has changed since the order was placed. The email used to place the order should be used.
- An email address was added to the order after the order itself was placed.
