Calculating usage

Each month, your store receives 100 free tracked orders. All order lookups in your store are counted towards this number.

After the order limit of 100 is reached (which means every time a customer looks up an order, it counts towards this total of 100), each additional order looked up costs $0.05 USD.

An order can be looked up an unlimited number of times, at no charge.

At the first of each month, the 100 order credit is reset. 

If you store receives less than 100 order lookups per month, you will not incur additional charges. 

For example:

• 50 orders looked up  = No additional charge, because you did not meet the 100 order lookup threshold;
• 150 orders looked up = You have received 50 more lookups than are included for free, so 50 * $0.05 USD = $2.50 USD. That means you will be charged an additional $2.50 USD for the month.
