Tracking status not updating

Tracking information is provided to our system by the package carrier. Some carriers are most responsive than others. 

International shipments from China or Hong Kong via ePacket may take several days before tracking information is available from the carrier.

Tracking information is only available for 60 days from the date the order was placed. Beyond 60 days, the order information will still be available to customers, but tracking information will not be displayed.
